Had two taster sessions here and was really impressed. Communication beforehand was clear so I felt at ease. During the workouts, they were attentive and helped adjust the machines for my level. It was a bit of a challenge at first, but I felt genuinely looked after and left feeling buzzed and motivated. Definitely coming back!
